Check a suspicious delivery text

Verify the delivery independently.

Start with your order

Check the order in the store or carrier app you already use. Avoid opening a link in an unexpected message to resolve a fee or address problem.

Look for pressure

A short deadline, small unexpected fee or request for card details can be a warning sign. A familiar logo or company name does not establish who sent a message.

Use CheckIt

Paste a redacted message into CheckIt to see warning signs. Even without a threat-list match, independently verify the delivery before giving information.
